These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stature app and related services at stature.club. By creating an account or using Stature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and located in a region where Stature is offered (primarily the United States and Canada, including Alberta, British Columbia, Texas, and Delaware). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate profile information and keep your login secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Community rules
Stature is friends-only, but it's still a shared space. Keep it that way. Don't:
- Post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent
- Pretend to be someone else
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or try to break the service
- Post photos or content you don't have the right to share
- Use Stature to harm minors or collect information from children under 13
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Stature a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the app (for example, showing your instants to friends you approve).
You are solely responsible for content you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Reporting and moderation
Users can report posts they believe violate these Terms. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts. To report abuse, use the in-app report feature or email appstature@gmail.com.
Stature Pro subscriptions
Stature Pro is billed through Apple's App Store. Current offerings: monthly ($13.99/month) and annual ($99/year) auto-renewing subscriptions with a 3-day free trial for eligible Apple IDs, and a lifetime one-time purchase ($49.99) with no free trial. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Free users may track up to two habit boards. Pro unlocks unlimited boards and additional Pro features as described in the app. Some Pro features (such as private squads) may roll out over time and are not guaranteed to be available on day one of every purchase.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies page explain how we collect and use information. Stature does not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Stature integrates with third-party services such as Apple, Google, Supabase, and Cloudflare (website hosting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. External links (for example Instagram or the App Store) are not embeds on our site.
Disclaimers
Stature is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Habit tracking, reminders, photo check-ins, and social features are provided for personal motivation and community sharing only. We do not provide medical, fitness, legal, or professional advice. Results vary; we do not guarantee habit outcomes, streaks, or personal change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stature and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Mandatory consumer protections in your province or state (including Alberta, British Columbia, Texas, or Delaware) still apply where they cannot be waived.
Termination
You may stop using Stature at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection or privacy laws in your jurisdiction (including British Columbia, Texas, Delaware, or other applicable places) apply and cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
